medium size onion & potato
1/2 cup scallions
toasted seasame oil
400g ground beef
1tsp of black pepper and minced ginger.1Tbsp garlic
1 cup korean chili paste
medium-low heat
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp honey
this will taste great with steamed rice!
Now I will make a sauce for the noodle
2 cups water
1 Tbsp corn starch + 1 Tbsp water
salt or fish sauce to taste
gluten-free oat flour 175g
tapioca stach 75g
Xanthan Gun 5g
spaghetti disc
warm water 150g & salt 1/8 tsp
first extrude
second extrude
salt
do not lift the noodle from the boiling water, just stir lightly to mix
pour some cold water occasionally to prevent water from flooding over the pot.boil the noodle for about 4~5 minutes.
the yolk got overcooked while filming... all is lost... :(
